Tutors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically in all interactions with students. They must deliver tutoring services as advertised, including subject expertise, punctuality, and preparedness. Tutors are required to adhere to scheduled session times and notify students promptly of any changes or cancellations.
The platform reserves the right to record any tutoring session to ensure the quality of service and resolve disputes. Consistent failure to meet responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of the tutor’s account.
Tutors will receive payments for completed sessions through the platform's payment system, integrated with Stripe. A commission will be deducted from the tutor’s earnings based on the platform’s fee structure. Payments are handled on a request basis and are not processed automatically.
In the event of a cancellation or no-show by a student, tutors may be eligible for partial or full payment, depending on the cancellation policy. Tutors are prohibited from soliciting payments or conducting transactions outside the platform.

Additionally, accounts with no activity for a certain period may be canceled or deleted. Tutors will be notified and may appeal the decision.
